These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AMALeads website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

AMALeads provides lead generation and digital marketing services for home service contractors, including but not limited to:

Google Ads campaign management
Landing page design and optimization
Call tracking and lead verification
CRM integration and automation setup
Campaign reporting and optimization

These are marketing services. We provide lead generation services to help you attract potential customers. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or return on investment.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to optimize campaigns and deliver high-quality leads, results vary based on numerous factors including:

Market competition and demand
Ad budget and campaign duration
Quality of your sales process and follow-up
Seasonality and economic conditions
Google algorithm changes and policy updates

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversion rate, or revenue. Past performance and case studies are not indicative of future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and campaign requirements
Respond promptly to leads generated by our campaigns
Maintain necessary licenses and insurance for your business
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
Provide timely feedback and approvals when required

4. Ad Spend and Payment Terms

Ad Spend: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for paying Google directly for all advertising costs (Google Ads spend). Our management fee is separate from ad spend.

Payment Terms: Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Payment is typically required monthly in advance.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

5. Service Term and Termination

Service terms, contract duration, and cancellation policies will be specified in your individual service agreement. Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the agreement.

Upon termination, you will receive any deliverables completed to date. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or ad spend already invested.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, logos, or materials you provide to us.

Our Work Product: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of landing pages and creative assets developed specifically for your campaigns. However, AMALeads retains ownership of proprietary processes, strategies, and internal systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AMALeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or policy changes (e.g., Google Ads)
We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMALeads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your business operations, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship, except as required by law or with written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
